We have a 7 day return policy. Get in touch with us within 7 days of you receiving the product to initiate the return process.

We will issue a full refund once we receive the products in the same condition as you received them.

We are also happy to exchange the product for something else if you are not entirely happy with your purchase.

Can I exchange my order for something else?

Yes. You can get in touch with us via email and we will be happy to help you with an exchange. If there is a price difference we can either send you an invoice or refund what we owe depending on the product you want as an exchange.
What size inserts should I use for my pillow covers?

We mention our recommended pillow insert size under every product description but as a rule of thumb this is the insert sizing formula we recommend. For 14"x20" size pillow cover we recommend same size (14"x20") insert. For 16"x26" size pillow cover we recommend same size (16"x26") insert. For 18"x18" and 17"x19" size pillow cover we recommend getting an insert that is 2" bigger so using a 20"x20" insert. For 18"x20" and 20"x20" size pillow cover we recommend getting an insert that is 2" bigger so using a 22"x22" insert. For 22"x22" size pillow cover we recommend getting an insert that is 2" bigger so using a 24"x24" insert.
