14"x20" size - recommend using a 14"x20" insert
20"x20" size -recommend using a 22"x22" insert
16”x26” size -recommend using a 16”x26” insert.
 
- Does not include insert. Feather or a down insert recommended.

Some variation with vintage fabrics and small imperfections that comes with handmade goods is considered acceptable.
